Rafael is a Business Administrator with experience in the financial sector and in companies dedicated to providing engineering services mainly for the mining sector. His experience has allowed him an integral development in all the functions of the administrative area, from the constitution of a company to being in charge of the Finance, Costs, Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics and Operations departments. Rafael has participated in the administration and control of projects from the signing of contracts to their closing. During the execution of these, he has also been involved with their financial aspects, budgets, planning, control management, cost acquisitions, project control, loss prevention, safety and occupational health. His experience also includes the execution of contracts based on international trade treaties.
