It’s a copper, zinc, gold and silver mine. Ariana is located in the Yauli Province, Junín Region in the rich polymetallic belt of central Peru and is 45 km from the Central Highway, at an altitude of 4,500-5,000 meters above sea level.
Anddes contributes to the success of the Ariana project, through:
- Study of alternatives for the location for tailings deposit and clearing dump
- Feasibility study for the deposit of Ariana tailings under format NI 43-101
- Geotechnical foundation study for the main equipment of the concentrator plant
- Analysis of breakage of the projected dam and contingency plan at the conceptual level
- Design of the waterproofing system at the basic engineering level in the fractured zones of the margin
- Tailings depot left Tailings depot detail engineering for obtaining permits
- Conducting seismic refraction tests inside the tailings reservoir to determine the thickness of the lacustrine soil layer
- Seismic hazard study for the Ariana project Adequacy of the engineering of the perimeter channel of the Ariana tailings reservoir with closing criteria
- Detailed engineering for the construction of the Ariana tailings yard and auxiliary systems for water management and for the disposal of tailings
- Technical works management with equipment rental contractors for the movement of land (machine hours) and construction contractors (unit prices)
- Construction quality assurance (CQA) and occupational safety and health supervision
