The Las Bambas mining project is located in the districts of Challhuahuacho and Progreso, in the provinces of Cotabambas and Grau respectively, in the department of Apurímac. It is between 3,800 and 4,650 meters above sea level. The type of mine is open pit and its main products are concentrated copper and molybdenum, in addition it has as by-products gold and silver.

  • Quality Assurance of the Construction (CQA) of the activities of land movement for the foundation, obtaining of quarry materials and construction of the subdrenes.
  • Design of the temporary bypass channels for the first year of operation of the Ferrobamba pit, including the hydraulic structures necessary for proper water management.
