Johann is a collegiate Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Diploma in Planning and Control of Construction Projects at the UPC and a Diploma in Project Management under the PMI methodology, with experience in engineering projects, construction works earthmoving and construction of civil facilities for various mining projects in Peru, Brazil and Mexico. He has experience in Quality Control and Assurance (CQC / CQA) work, engineering support in earthworks and installation of geosynthetics. Johann has worked in surveying and in the construction of leaching pads, waste rock deposits, tailings deposits, mining accesses, among others.
