Morococha is a polymetallic underground silver mine located in the district of Yauli, in the department of Junín, more than 4550 m above sea level.
Anddes contributes to the success of the Morococha project, through:
- Relocation of mine clearing dumps, transport costs and preliminary design of new dumps.
- Review of the feasibility study for the closure of the Sierra Nevada, Tashman and Codiciada clearing depot.
- Study of alternatives for the location of the clearing depot and feasibility design.
- Detailed engineering for the closure of the Nelly, Juana Rosa and Tashman pit.
- Geotechnical study for the foundation of the new concentrator plant.
- Quality assurance of the construction (CQA) of the Nelly pit closure works.
- Quality assurance of the construction (CQA) of the Juana Rosa pit closure works.
- Preparation of technical memoranda for the review, analysis and interpretation of the geotechnical instrumentation data of the Huascacocha dam.
