Hilda is a civil engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a master's degree in Environmental Management from UNI and more than 18 years of experience in the profession. Hilda is also an Internal Auditor in Integrated Management Systems ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 - OHSAS 18001:2007, with Diploma studies in Construction Management at ESAN. His experience is in quality control (QC) supervision and quality assurance (QA) supervision in leach pad and tailings dam projects in Peru, as well as exploration work and geotechnical analysis. He has extensive experience as a resident in mining projects, including earthmoving work, installation of geosynthetics and pipes, having also worked on projects in Argentina and Chile. His experience includes project management of the control and quality assurance of the construction of leach pads and tailings dams.
