La Zanja is a mine that produces open gold. It is located in the district of Pulán, province of Santa Cruz, Cajamarca region. It started operations in 2010. To date it has produced more than 0.9 M ounces of gold. Buenaventura operates the mine.
Anddes contributes to the success of the La Zanja project, through:
- Detailed engineering of the works of stabilization of the slopes of the Pampa Verde Road of mine operation.
- Review of the design of the pad focused on the search for opportunities for improvement and optimization of the design.
