Tantahuatay is an open-pit gold-copper mine. It is located in the province of Hualgayoc, department of Cajamarca, approximately 85 kilometers northwest of the city of Cajamarca at a height between 3,884 m.s.n.m.

Anddes contributes to the success of the Tantahuatay project, through:

• Installation of open pipe piezometers in the different facilities of the mine.
• Design of the final stacking of topsoil deposits, unsuitable material, clearing and design of new large event pool.
• CQA from the construction of the new large event pool and from the reconfiguration of the dumps.
• Study of soil mechanics for foundation purposes equipment to be installed at the ADR plant at the Tantahuatay mine.
