Javier is a civil engineer with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in earthworks and road works. He has more than 15 years of experience in project management and managing teams of engineers from different disciplines. He has developed successful engineering projects, which include earthwork design, surface and underground drainage systems, lining systems, collection systems, technical specifications, construction costs, and engineering drawings. His experience also includes the design of major mining components such as heap leach and tailings deposits. Javier uses the guide of the Project Management Institute for project management, preparation of plans and final reports.
