We provide consulting services for comprehensive project management, covering all stages from formulation—including scoping studies, conceptual, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies—through to execution, with detailed engineering development, procurement support, technical evaluations, field engineering, and follow-up through to project delivery. The scope is complemented by environmental permitting management for exploration projects, including the preparation of technical forms, certificates of non-existence of archaeological remains, and authorizations to commence activities. In addition, we develop basic engineering for water management and recovery systems in tailings storage facilities, including the design of ponds, conveyance, and pumping systems, ensuring efficient integration with plant operations.
