Franco is a civil engineer graduated from UNI, with 10 years of experience working on various projects and works in the field of civil engineering in Peru. He has performed cost estimates at all engineering levels for various mining structures such as roads, earth dams, waste rock deposits, tailings deposits and leach pads, electromechanical facilities. In addition, Franco has been the moderator of Risk Workshops and Value Engineering Workshops for tailings deposit construction projects, tailings deposit closure, ponds, closure of mines and water dams. In addition, Franco has worked in the control of projects of different large construction sites. Franco masters at advanced levels different engineering and project management programs such as Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, S10 and @Risk.
