At Anddes we are committed to innovation! That is why our Human Management team has been developing the PRII initiative (Program for the Recognition of Innovative Ideas), which aims to encourage and encourage research in our employees, promote the generation and transmission of knowledge and experiences, improve productivity, seeking excellence and sustainability and; Finally, recognize the effort of our collaborators. There were 22 registered teams, 19 of them qualified the project development stage, more than 70 collaborators, some ideas presented revolve around digital transformation, generating added value to our services, optimizing resources and improving processes. The winning proposal will be implemented in Anddes during 2019 and early 2020. We are confident that more than one proposal can be implemented.
