Carlos is a civil engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering, has completed master's studies in the specialty of geotechnics and has 10 years of experience in the development of mining projects and civil works. Currently, he is the head of the Geophysics and Seismic Hazard area of ​​Anddes Asociados SAC and is in charge of the development of projects that include geotechnical research and designs. Carlos has experience in the geotechnical analysis of earth dams and tailings, leaching facilities, waste dumps, foundations of mining and urban structures, among others. Likewise, he has developed studies of seismic danger, seismic disaggregation, spectral adjustment, seismic amplification and seismic response of geotechnical structures and has participated in civil projects for roads, hydroelectric plants, transmission lines, electrical substations and buildings.
