Anddes Geolab, Anddes’ geotechnical laboratory, recently acquired the Resonant Column and Torsional Shear (RCTS) geotechnical laboratory equipment. This equipment allows conducting tests to determine the dynamic properties of soils, basic information to perform seismic response analysis of geotechnical structures, since in the absence of special equipment it is common in our environment to use the dynamic properties of soils published in literature.
