Roxana Olarte

Civil Engineer registered by the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco, with a Master’s degree in Structures from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and specialization in reinforced concrete and high-strength concretes. She has more than 18 years of experience in structural calculation and design of mining and industrial infrastructure, as well as in supervision and residence of works in Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Nicaragua. She currently works as a Senior Structural Engineer and has collaborated on projects for leading companies such as Minsur, Cerro Verde, Pan American Silver, and Los Quenuales.
