Romy is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Lima, Peru, with a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering and 20 years of professional experience in the design, evaluation, and management of geotechnical projects for the mining and infrastructure sectors.
She specializes in geotechnical investigations, stability analysis, liquefaction, consolidation, infiltration, and the design of leach pads, tailings dams, waste dumps, ponds, and foundations.
She currently serves as General Manager of Anddes Mexico, leading highly complex geotechnical studies for major mining operations across the region.
