With more than 25 years of experience in administration, finance, and management of engineering service companies, he specializes in project evaluation, business development, and innovation.

He has worked in both the public and private sectors and has held teaching positions at national academic institutions.

At GA Consultores, he leads financial and strategic management, defining and monitoring KPIs, budgets, and costs, and supervising payment certifications and project reporting.

He actively contributes to the Quality Management System (QMS), managing audits and promoting continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
