José is a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician, graduated from the National University of Cuyo, with over 20 years of experience in resource management, implementation of integrated management systems, and quality assurance across the oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors.
He is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and has extensive experience in fleet coordination, quality and safety inspections, operational planning, and environmental remediation projects.
Currently, José serves as Base Manager at Anddes Neuquén, where he oversees field and base operations, logistics coordination, supplier evaluation, and cost control.
