Johann is a licensed Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Diploma in Planning and Control of Construction Projects from UPC and a Diploma in Project Management under the PMI methodology.
He has experience in engineering projects, earthmoving works and construction of civil facilities for various mining projects in Peru, Brazil and Mexico. In addition, he has experience in Quality Control and Assurance (CQC/CQA) work, engineering support in earthmoving and geosynthetic installation. Johann has worked in topography and in the construction of leaching pads, waste dumps, tailings deposits, mining accesses, among others.
