Javier Mendoza

Javier is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in earthworks and road engineering.

He has over 15 years of experience in project management and in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

He has successfully delivered engineering projects involving earthworks design, surface and subsurface drainage systems, lining and collection systems, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, and engineering drawings.

His experience also includes the design of major mining components such as leach pads and tailings storage facilities.

Javier applies Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines in project management, including the preparation of project plans and final technical reports.
