Horacio Dib Ashur

Horacio is a Natural Resources and Environmental Engineer, graduated from the National University of Salta, and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the Catholic University of Salta. He is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, with over 11 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), environmental management plans, audits, contaminated site remediation, and closure planning for the oil & gas, mining, and industrial sectors.

His expertise includes conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and developing remediation strategies for a wide range of projects. He has also served as a socio-environmental lead on railway infrastructure initiatives, overseeing environmental compliance and stakeholder coordination.

In addition to his role at Anddes, Horacio serves as a professor at the National University of Salta, where he brings his professional field experience into the academic environment.
