Hilda Garay

Civil Engineer from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and more than 18 years of professional experience.

She is an Internal Auditor in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007) and holds a Diploma in Construction Management from ESAN.

Her professional focus is on quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) supervision for leach pad and tailings dam projects, as well as geotechnical analysis and exploration activities.

She has extensive experience as a site resident on mining projects, including earthworks and installation of geosynthetics and piping, and has participated in projects in Argentina and Chile.

Her career includes leading quality control and assurance management for the construction of leach pads and tailings dams.
