He specializes in the preparation of environmental management instruments and documentation for obtaining permits and authorizations for water use or discharge. He also has experience in environmental baseline monitoring, analysis of meteorological, air, and water quality data, as well as in environmental impact identification and the development of environmental management and monitoring plans.
