Bruno Espinace

Civil Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Diploma in Clean Development Mechanisms and Energy Efficiency.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the design, construction, operation, and closure of domestic, industrial, and mining tailings facilities for medium- and large-scale mining operations in Chile and Peru.

He has led projects across all engineering stages (trade-off, pre-feasibility, conceptual, and detailed engineering), environmental consulting (closure plans, EIAs, sectoral permits), and operational management (QA/QC, record engineering, and expert reviews).

His experience includes advising regulatory authorities such as Sernageomin, the Ministry of Health, Osinergmin, and MINEM.

He actively serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of the International Tailings Management Seminar (TAILINGS) and has participated in engineering review panels for presentations to the ITRB designated by the ICMM.

As Technical Leader and General Manager of GA Consultores, he oversees client relations, schedule and quality control, strategic task prioritization, budget management, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, approval of deliverables, and team training and development.
