Alfredo Moreno

Alfredo is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Lima, Peru, and holds an MBA from Esade. He has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in the civil design of leach facilities and tailings storage facilities, as well as Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) during the construction of mining infrastructure. He has led multidisciplinary projects across various engineering stages, including trade-off studies, scoping, conceptual, and detailed engineering, for both mid-sized and large-scale mining operations. At Anddes, he led the Construction Services division and contributed to the group’s business development efforts. Currently, Alfredo oversees the strategic direction of Anddes across its operations in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, and Ecuador.
