In a decisive step within its regional growth strategy, Anddes announces the acquisition of GA Consultores SpA, a renowned Chilean company specializing in engineering services, operational management, and environmental consulting for the mining sector.
This strategic operation accelerates Anddes’ vision of becoming a regional benchmark in environmental, engineering, and construction support services, significantly strengthening its presence in Chile and expanding its technical capabilities for the entire region.
Based in Reñaca, Viña del Mar, GA Consultores SpA has its roots in Geotecnia Ambiental Ltda., founded in 2004 by Dr. Engineer Raúl Espinace Abarzúa and since 2015, under the direction of its General Manager Bruno Ignacio Espinace Olguín, the consulting firm has consolidated a highly specialized team and a solid reputation in the Chilean market.
