Document Controller

Peru
Key Responsibilities:
  • Classify and code project deliverables in accordance with the Integrated Management System. Perform quality control on deliverables, ensuring compliance with approved formats and standards.
  • Manage and formalize the distribution, receipt, and tracking of documentation exchanged with clients and suppliers.
  • Centralize and manage electronic document storage for in-progress, revised, and finalized deliverables within a centralized document management system.
  • Generate reports and KPIs on the status of deliverables issued to and received from clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, participating in coordination meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Manage technical document close-out upon project completion.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.  
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Office Automation, Administration, Library Science, Archival Science, Document Management, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Control Assistant or Analyst, preferably in proposals, tenders, or engineering projects.  

Junior Geotechnical Engineer

Argentina
Requirements:
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles.
  • Basic proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience in the mining and oil & gas sectors is a plus.
  • Experience with specialized geotechnical software will be highly valued.  

Hydraulic Engineer

Mexico
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical research and investigations related to hydraulic engineering.
  • Perform hydraulic design for mining and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop sketches, figures, and preliminary layouts for engineering studies.
  • Prepare watershed and catchment area maps for engineering drawings.
  • Determine design flows for hydraulic structures.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs for earthworks, concrete, steel, and other materials.
  • Prepare technical engineering reports.
  • Prepare hydraulic and civil engineering drawings.
  • Perform first-stage reviews of hydraulic drawings.
  • Develop water balance models.
  • Perform sediment transport and sedimentation analyses.
  • Conduct dam breach analyses.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for assigned personnel.  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar roles.
