Denys Parra General Manager
Denys Parra General Manager Denys is a civil engineer graduated from the National Engineering University (UNI) with a specialization in Japan and a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering in Brazil. He is the former manager of Vector Perú S.A.C., and has worked in many mining projects throughout Peru, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Bolivia.

He has participated in the design of most of the leaching heaps in Peru, as well as a large number of tailings disposal and dismantling facilities. His experience includes the development of research and geotechnical studies for all types of civil installations and the execution of civil design and geotechnical analysis of mining facilities, such as leach pads, process ponds, waste dumps, tailings dams, earth dams. Currently, Denys is a professor of Soil Mechanics and Dynamics at the UNI.
Alfredo Moreno General Manager for Construction Services
Alfredo Moreno General Manager for Construction Services Alfredo is a civil engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Master's degree in Project Management and a Diploma in Project and Quality Management.

He has worked in different mining and services companies in different positions. His experience includes the construction of civil works in mining and the civil design of leach pads, process ponds, dumps, tailings dams, etc. He has participated in the civil design of a large number of mining projects, the most important being: La Virgen, Cerro Verde, Pierina, Lagunas Norte, Pucamarca, Area 118 (Brazil), Tantahuatay. Alfredo also carries out technical visits during the construction of mining facilities, as part of the control and quality assurance support.
Carlos César Central Operations Manager
Carlos César Central Operations Manager Carlos is a civil engineer graduated from the National Engineering University (UNI), with a diploma in Project Management. He has experience in the supervision and design of civil as well as mining works, and has the ability to manage projects according to the methodology of the Project Management Institute.

His experience includes the design of leaching facilities, tailings disposal facilities and waste dumps, as well as the supervision of the construction of leach pads and complementary works in different mining units.
Rafael Ferradas Central Administration and Finance Manager
Rafael Ferradas Central Administration and Finance Manager Rafael is a business administrator with wide experience in the financial sector and in companies dedicated to providing engineering services mainly for the mining sector.

His experience has allowed him a comprehensive development in all administrative functions, from the incorporation of companies up to being in charge of departments such as Finance, Costs, Accounting, Human Resources, Logistics and Operations.

Rafael has participated in the administration and control of projects ranging from signing contracts up to closing them. Throughout their execution he has also been involved with financial aspects, budgets, planning, control management, procurement, costs, project control, loss prevention, occupational health and safety.

His experience also includes implementing contracts based on international trade agreements.
Humberto Alvarado Technical Manager
Humberto Alvarado Technical Manager Humberto is a Civil Engineer with experience in different mining projects and has more than 16 years in the profession.
He has worked as a supervisor and civil construction resident, as a quality control resident, designer, head of engineering projects for tailings dams and leaching heaps. Finally, he has developed as a Senior Project Engineer in the EPCM Constancia.
He has carried out work in earthmoving, installation of geosynthetics, gabion walls, reinforced landfills, drainage systems, installation of HDPE collection pipes, construction of process ponds, sanitary landfills, works for treatment of acid water, canals, concrete construction works, metal structures, drive systems, road studies, real estate and industrial infrastructure.
Humberto is also a private consultant who has developed/reviewed part of technical files for mining projects, in large-scale land movements; as well as development of general arrangements of mining facilities for evaluation of alternatives.
Misael Alvarado Construction Services Manager
Misael Alvarado Construction Services Manager Mining Engineer graduated from the National University Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo with a Master's Degree in Integrated Management of Quality, Environment and Safety, with a Diploma in Project Management. He has more than 18 years of experience in several jobs within the mining and construction sector: his professional experience includes comprehensive responsibility in the fields of Construction Management, Field Verification Engineer (EVC), Principal Construction Engineer and Management of Construction Assurance Quality in works such as: leaching pads, process ponds , debris and gravel dumps, roads, canals, tunnels, tailing dams, containment dams, geotechnical instrumentation installation, subdrainage, drainage, reinforced walls, installation of HDPE, PVC, gabions, terramesh, concrete works and sanitary landfills. Likewise, his experience includes more than 15 million square meters of installation of geosynthetics and works carried out in Lagunas Norte, Pierina, Cuajone, Shahuindo, Las Bambas, Tucari, Arasi, Cohimolache, Corihuarmi, Cuajone, etc. (Peru); La Colorada mine (Mexico) and Pascua Lama mine (Argentina).
Jorge Álvarez Project Manager
Jorge Álvarez Project Manager Jorge is a Civil Engineer with experience in construction, supervision and design in civil and mining projects.

He has participated in the design of various leach pads, water and tailings dams and related facilities such as platforms, process ponds, haul roads, diversion channels, solution transport channels, subdivisions and collection systems, cargo planning, as well as preparation of plans and final reports. His experience also includes detail design and cost estimation for haul and mining roads. He has supervised earth moving works for leach pad platforms and process ponds, channels, tailings and water dams.

Jorge has been trained in project management and risk management systems. He has worked supervising all engineering specialties (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation), in addition to providing technical support for the procurement of materials and negotiations with service providers and suppliers for equipment.
Hilda Garay QA Manager for Construction Services
Hilda Garay QA Manager for Construction Services Hilda is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Master's Degree in Environmental Management at the UNI and more than 17 years of practice. Hilda is also an Internal Auditor in Integrated Management Systems ISO 9001: 2015, 14001: 2015 - OHSAS 18001: 2007. Her expertise lies in quality control supervision (QC) and quality assurance supervision (QA) in leach pads and tailings dams projects throughout Peru, as well as in geotechnical exploration and geotechnical analysis. She has extensive experience in earthmoving works and installation of geosynthetics, and has also worked on projects in Argentina. Her experience includes managing projects for the control and quality assurance of leach pads in various mining units in Peru.
Carlos Gonzáles Project Manager
Carlos Gonzáles Project Manager Carlos is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI). He has more than 40 years of experience in engineering development of mining-metallurgical and infrastructure projects, as well as in the supervision of electromechanical works of different kind of projects.

He has participated in the development of conceptual studies, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, basic engineering and detail of concentrator plants, leading the specialties on mechanics and pipelines applied in open pit and underground mines, both for the exploitation of sulfides and oxides, mainly in copper, gold, zinc and iron mines.
Jorge González Commercial Manager
Jorge González Commercial Manager Jorge is a lawyer graduated from the University of Lima, specializing in the development and execution of environmentally and socially sustainable investment projects with 16 years of experience in project management, community relations, social responsibility and obtaining permits and licenses in the mining and energy sectors. He is a specialist in socio-political analysis and given the knowledge he has of the mining market, Jorge currently works as Commercial Manager at Anddes.
Johann Melendez Project Manager
Johann Melendez Project Manager Johann is a chartered Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Diploma in Planning and Control of Construction Projects at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and a Diploma in Project Management under the PMI methodology, with experience in engineering projects, earthmoving works and construction of civil facilities for several mining projects in Peru, Brazil and Mexico.
He has experience in Control and Quality Assurance (CQC / CQA), engineering support in earthmoving works and installation of geosynthetics. Johann has worked in topography and in the construction of leach pads, waste deposits, tailings deposits and mining accesses, among others.
Javier Mendoza Engineering Manager
Javier Mendoza Engineering Manager Javier is a Civil Engineer with a Master's Degree in Civil Works Design, specializing in earthmoving work.
He has experience in surveying and designing civil and mining works that include tailings dams and leach pads with all related works including platforms, process ponds, haul roads, surface drainage systems, collection systems, as well as preparing engineering reports, technical specifications, construction costs and engineering plans.
Javier uses the procedures of the Project Management Institute to manage projects, prepare plans and submit final reports, among others.
Jimmy Mendoza Project Manager
Jimmy Mendoza Project Manager Jimmy is a Civil Engineer with experience in projects and works in the field of geotechnical engineering in Peru.
He has led and developed field geotechnical research works, laboratory test programs, soil studies for the foundations of different facilities, designs of tailings dams, closure plans, feasibility studies and geological-geotechnical studies, among others.
Gerson Mezarina Technical Manager of Construction Services
Gerson Mezarina Technical Manager of Construction Services Gerson is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Antenor Orrego Private University with 19 years of experience in different mining and civil projects in Peru and in the region. As part of his professional experience he has held positions as central technical manager, civil construction manager in EPCM projects, civil construction superintendent, CQA/CQC field manager, senior resident engineer, project design engineer, resident engineer and field supervisor. Gerson is in charge of the direction, control, and execution of construction projects and the construction quality assurance of the different construction phases. Also, his experience includes more than 16 million square meters of installation of geosynthetics, such as geomembrane (HDPE, LLDPE and PVC), GCL, geocomposite, geogrid, geoweb, geotextile and more than 18 million cubic meters of structural fillers. He is the former inspector-auditor of the start-up of the first Polytex brand geomembrane production plant in Lurín, Lima, Peru. His professional experience includes earth movements, overpasses, installation and quality control of HDPE pipes, gabions, reinforced walls with terramesh systems, triaxial geogrids and reinforced concrete works in general. He acquired his experience in the different multidisciplinary works carried out in the Tahoe Peru’s Shahuindo and La Arena mines; Minsur’s Pucamarca and Raura mine; Barrick’s Lagunas Norte and Pierina mines; Fortuna Silver’s Bateas mine, Constancia, Huaron, Tukari, Cuajone, Tintaya, La Virgen, Iscaycruz, Cerro Verde in Peru; Bellavista Mine in Costa Rica, Marlin Project in Guatemala, La Colorada and Dolores in Mexico.
Leonardo Salas Geotechnical Manager
Leonardo Salas Geotechnical Manager Leonardo is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National Engineering University (UNI) with a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering in Brazil, has extensive experience in various mining projects and works in the field of Civil Engineering.
He has developed geotechnical field research for various mining facilities as well as laboratory and geotechnical analysis such as: leach pads, tailings deposits, foundations of process facilities, land dams, waste deposits, access slopes, among others. His experience also includes supervision and design of closure plans. Moreover, he has developed analysis of physical stability and infiltration of slopes, numerical effort-deformation modeling, rock mechanics and closure plans in different mining projects in Peru and South America.
Carlos Soto Geotechnical Laboratory Manager
Carlos Soto Geotechnical Laboratory Manager Carlos is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) with a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a Diploma in Project Management.
He served as Head of Laboratory at Vector Perú SAC, and has worked providing support in special tests, such as the large-scale direct cutting test (LSDS) and triaxial tests for 6" diameter specimen. He also has experience in dynamic tests with the triaxial cyclic equipment developed as his thesis topic in the geotechnical laboratory of the CISMID-UNI, where he conducted research trials in this institution for 4 years. He is currently working as Laboratory Head providing the support of geotechnical tests for the different projects of the company as well as for other companies.
Juan Torrejón Project Manager
Juan Torrejón Project Manager Juan is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) and a Road, Canal and Port Engineer from Spain. He holds a Master in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has extensive experience in different projects and works in the field of civil engineering in Peru and Spain, mainly in mining projects and construction of environmental remediation works impacted by mining activity.

He has worked as Project Manager responsible for the supervision of the design and construction of projects and mining and civil engineering works. His specific experience includes the management of projects for the design of leach pads for gold, copper and silver mining, tailings deposit design, physical stability of slopes, field research and geotechnical design, design with geosynthetic elements, closure plans for mine, water management in mining, surface and underground hydrology, as well as the supervision of projects and construction of works in general. Languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Daniel Ttito Environmental Services Manager
Daniel Ttito Environmental Services Manager Daniel is an Environmental Engineer with postgraduate studies in Management and Recovery of Degraded Soils and specialization in Safety, Health and Environment.
He has more than 10 years of experience coordinating and leading environmental impact studies for exploration and exploitation activities, baseline studies, closure plans for the mining sector; environmental impact studies of roads and ports for the transport sector, as well as soil studies for the agricultural sector.

He has also participated and coordinated with the preparation of archaeological assessments to apply for the Certificate of Inexistence of Archaeological Remains (CIRA) at the Ministry of Culture, licenses for use of groundwater, revegetation plans, degraded soil remediation plans, environmental management plans, preparation of technical reports, among others.
Romy Valdivia Project Manager
Romy Valdivia Project Manager Romy is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) with a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering and with experience in the development of geotechnical studies in mining projects.

She is in charge of the programming and execution of field exploration works, slope stability analysis and infiltration analysis for projects of leaching heaps, tailings dams, earth dams, foundations of facilities and other geotechnical structures and has participated in many mining projects in Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
Renzo Ayala Head of Research Area
Renzo Ayala Head of Research Area Renzo is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Geotechnical Laboratory of the University of Tokyo (Japan).
He has experience in geotechnical engineering works and has participated in several mining projects, both in the field and office, worked with geotechnical analysis and research of leaching piles, tailings dams, pits and waste deposits, as well as with the analysis of foundations of several mining facilities. He has also worked as a researcher at the University of Tokyo with an emphasis on piles and participated in the recognition of damage due to major earthquakes in Japan. His expertise also extends to the planning and execution of programs and laboratory tests, sampling of soils and rocks, as well as conducting studies of quarries.
Manuel Dávila Chief Geologist
Manuel Dávila Chief Geologist Manuel is a Geologist Engineer graduated from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSAM) with 15 years of experience in the programming and execution of geotechnical and geomechanical field invsttigations, performing activities such as surface geological-geotechnical mapping, execution of test pits, supervision of perforations, geotechnical, geomechanical and drill core logging, soil and rock sampling, study and location of quarries, field penetration tests (CPT, SPT, LPT and LDPT), field permeability tests (Lefranc and Lugeon) and installation of piezometers and inclinometers, in addition to the elaboration of geological reports.
Manuel is an expert in the identification of potential geological-geotechnical problems at the stage of studying alternatives for the location of mining facilities.
Daniel Pulcha Head of the Hydraulics and Hydrology Department
Daniel Pulcha Head of the Hydraulics and Hydrology Department Daniel is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), with a Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, specialization in hydrology and hydraulics and environmental engineering studies. His experience includes hydrology and hydraulics studies for surface runoff and sediment management plans, hydrological studies and environmental baseline hydrological impacts, general water balance for mining units, specific water balance for tailings deposits and leaching heaps, hydrology studies for the design of hydraulic works in mining and agriculture, one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydraulic simulation studies for hydraulic structures and flood control system, and hydrology and hydraulics studies for: mine closure plans, dam rupture evaluation, design of riparian defenses, design of bridges, design of covers for mine closure and drainage works for roads.
César Rodríguez Head of Safety, Health and Environment
César Rodríguez Head of Safety, Health and Environment César is a Mine Engineer with more than 9 years of experience in management and administration of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment systems, in keeping with international standards.
He has been Coordinator for safety, health and environment in construction, mining and hydrocarbon works. His experience also includes the preparation of technical files, economic items, and counseling on safety, health and environment for the preparation of projects at national and international level.
Marsy Sánchez Chief of Civil Design
Marsy Sánchez Chief of Civil Design Marsy is a Civil Engineer and has 10 years of experience in supervision, design of civil and mining works and management of engineering projects.
Her experience includes the design and construction, both in Peru and in other South American countries of heap leach pads, tailings dams, waste dumps, roads, canals and related structures, process ponds, accesses, diversion and solution channels, collection systems, liner systems, stability analysis, loading plans, preparation of plans, final reports, estimation of construction quantities and costs, supervision of construction and management of personnel in charge.
Selene Quispe Head of Geophysics and Research
Selene Quispe Head of Geophysics and Research Selene is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI) with a Master's Degree in Disaster Management and a specialty in Seismology from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Japan. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Seismology at the Technological Institute of Tokyo, Japan. Selene is a National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (CONCYTEC) researcher, and she is registered in the National Register in Science and Technology (REGINA) with registration number 10730. She also works as a professor in the Academic Department of Geotechnical Engineering of the FIC-UNI.
Selene is a researcher at the Japanese Peruvian Center for Seismic Research and Disaster Mitigation (CISMID) that has over 10 years of experience doing research work with different national and international researchers. The research works include the updating of the Classification of Soil Profiles of the Technical Standard E.030 Resistant Earthquake, superficial and deep characterization of the different types of soil in the city of Lima until reaching the seismic rock, evaluation of the site effect using cutting wave velocity profiles, as well as analyzing acceleration records. Her research also includes the numerical modeling of earth structures using different constitutive models. It is important to mention that her research work has been financed by the Japanese government, the UNI and the CONCYTEC

Paulo Costa General Manager Anddes Brasil Paulo is a Geological Engineer and has more than 30 years of experience in the coordination and supervision of geotechnical projects, engineering geology and geomechanical for feasibility studies, basic and Detailed engineering for hydroelectric plants, mining and infrastructure, including field investigations and laboratory tests on soil and rock, pits and underground works, slopes, tunnels, mine and dam galleries, tailings dams, water catchment dams, disposal of filtered tailings, sterile piles, etc. Paulo has developed research and stability studies of large slopes (H = 200 to 700 m) of open-air pits, waste piles, tailings dams, fines containment dikes. He was Technical Director of BVP Engenharia between 2001 and 2010. Paulo has written technical and scientific articles published in Brazil and abroad and in 2002 he received the award from the Secretary of Science and Technology of the State of São Paulo for his research in the development of equipment for triaxial creep test in saline rock subject to high pressures and temperatures.
Silverio Prota Gerente General Anddes Argentina
Silverio Prota Gerente General Anddes Argentina Silverio has 21 years of experience in engineering and environmental consulting projects for the mining and energy sectors. His main fields of expertise include: Quality Assurance Services (CQA) in waterproofing systems, valuation of environmental liabilities, characterization and remediation, comprehensive risk analysis, air quality studies, land and water, waste management, EIA and ELB. In the area of characterization, remediation and liabilities, Silverio has participated in more than 100 diagnosis and sanitation projects of contaminated properties, with hydrocarbons and heavy metals. His career has been developed in the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Uruguay. The clients he has served include the major oil and mining companies in the region. Silverio’s native language is Spanish and English is his second language.
Carlos Gamarra Geotechnical Engineer
Carlos Gamarra Geotechnical Engineer Carlos is a Civil Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering (UNI), has completed Master's studies in the specialty of Geotechnics and has 10 years of experience in the development of mining projects and civil works. Currently, he holds the position of head of the area of Geophysics and Seismic Hazard of Anddes Asociados SAC and is in charge of the development of projects that include geotechnical investigations and designs. Carlos has experience in the geotechnical analysis of earth and tailings dams, leaching facilities, waste dumps, foundations of mining and urban structures, among others. Likewise, he has developed studies of seismic hazard, seismic disaggregation, spectral adjustment, seismic amplification and seismic response of geotechnical structures, and has participated in civil projects of roads, hydroelectric power plants, transmission lines, electrical substations and buildings.
Andrés León General Manager Anddes Chile
Andrés León General Manager Anddes Chile Andrés is a Civil Engineer in Civil Works, graduated from the University of Santiago de Chile, with 16 years of experience in engineering and construction projects. In the last 13 years he has participated and led the implementation of consulting services in engineering for different projects related to the mining industry in Chile and abroad. He currently serves as General Manager of Anddes Chile.
