Daniel is an Environmental Engineer with postgraduate studies in Management and Recovery of degraded soils and expertise in safety, health and environment. Daniel has over 10 years of experience coordinating and leading the preparation of environmental impact studies for exploration and exploitation, baseline studies, closure plans for the mining sector; environmental impact studies of roads and ports for the transportation sector as well as studies on soils for agriculture; he has participated and coordinated the development of archaeological assessments to obtain a Certificate of Absence Archaeological Remains (CIRA) for the Culture Ministry, allowing to obtain licenses to use groundwater, plans re vegetation, plans soil remediation degraded, environmental management plans, preparation of environmental technical reports, among others.

Humberto is a Civil Engineer with experience in different mining projects, and more than 16 years in the profession. Renzo is a civil engineer graduated from UNI, with a Masters in civil engineering in the geotechnical laboratory at the University of Tokyo (Japan). He has experience in geotechnical engineering work involved in several mining projects in both field and office, working in the geotechnical investigation and leach pads, tailings dams, pits and clearing deposits analysis, as well as analysis of foundations various mining facilities. He has also worked as a researcher at the University of Tokyo with an emphasis on stilts but also participating in recognition of damage of large earthquakes in Japan.
